All items purchased during our Warehouse Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect size selection

- Change of preference

Items may be received without original garment packaging or swing tags, as some styles have carried over from our previous Warehouse Sale 2025.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our team at customercare@baysebrand.com with:

- Your order number

- Clear images of the alleged fault

All items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law prior to approval of any repair, replacement or refund.
