Due to high order volumes, dispatch may take up to 2–5 business days* to occur.

Once dispatched, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers.


Australian Orders

Available at a flat rate of $12.95 AUD.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard, who operate Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days* for Australian metro areas and 6–10 business days* for rural areas.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours from dispatch for tracking to become active.


International Orders

Available for select countries at a flat rate of $40.00 AUD.

All international orders are sent via DHL Express, and are sent between Monday and Friday (excludes weekends and public holidays).

Please allow up to 3-5 business days* for delivery to occur once dispatched.


Customs & Duties Fees

Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are charged during the checkout process. If duties and taxes are not paid at checkout they will be charged upon import into the country.

If a customer refuses to pay duties and taxes the order will be cancelled and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. 

We encourage you to look into your local regulations regarding customs and duties fees prior to placing your order.


Order Changes

Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee any changes or modifications once an order has been placed.

If you need assistance, please contact us urgently with your order number. While we do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed.


Stolen Packages

When entering your details at the checkout, please ensure you provide a safe and secure shipping address.

Bayse and the selected courier will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once the order has been delivered to the specified address.


Damaged Packages

Bayse is not liable for any damage to parcels after they have been successfully delivered to the nominated address. Once delivered, the parcel is under your care.


Return to Sender Packages

If your parcel is being returned to Bayse, kindly contact our Customer Service team to arrange a redelivery.
