1. Final Sale Policy

All items purchased during our Warehouse Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of preference

Items may be received without original garment packaging or swing tags, as some styles have carried over from our previous Warehouse Sale 2025.


2. Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our team at customercare@baysebrand.com with:

- Your order number
- Clear images of the alleged fault

All items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law prior to approval of any repair, replacement or refund.


3. Payment Options

Orders must be paid using card payment only.

Buy-now-pay-later options (including AfterPay, Zip Pay, Klarna, etc.) are not available during the Warehouse Sale.

Gift cards may be used toward Warehouse Sale purchases. Any remaining balance must be paid using card payment at checkout.


4. Shipping Fees

All orders will incur a shipping charge as follows:

- Australia Post Standard: $9.95 AUD
- Australia Post Express: $12.95 AUD
- DHL International Express: $30.00 AUD


5. Dispatch Details

Due to high order volumes, dispatch may take up to 2–5 business days.

Once dispatched, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country.


6. Stock Availability

All items in our Warehouse Sale are available strictly while stocks last.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected item.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Exchanges will not be offered during this time.


7. Separate Website

The Online Warehouse Sale is hosted on a separate website.

Orders containing Warehouse Sale items cannot be combined with full-priced purchases.


8. Promotions & Discount Codes

The exclusive discount code in collaboration with Two Broke Chicks is the only discount that can be applied to Warehouse Sale items.

Discounts such as our welcome code, influencer codes, loyalty rewards, or other promotional offers cannot be used on orders containing Warehouse Sale items.

Warehouse Sale pricing is valid only during the advertised sale period and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases or to future orders outside of this period.


9. Order Changes

Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee any changes or modifications once an order has been placed.

If you need assistance, please contact us urgently with your order number. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Bayse Brand collects customer data which is provided voluntarily in an effort to improve and enhance our customer’s online shopping experience and for marketing and promotional use only. Customers are only added to our e-mail and mailing list if they opt to register or enter a contest. Customers have the option to be removed from the list at any time. This can be done via the link in the email.
